Share People Hub , in partnership with an industrial company , is seeking a FI/CO SAP Lead , to work on-site in Província de Buenos Aíres/Argentina.
Position Challenges | Key Responsibilities: Act as an SAP FI CO subject matter expert in S/4HANA projects and initiatives.
Support the design, implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP FI CO solutions.
Work with Argentine SAP localization, ensuring compliance with local financial and tax requirements.
Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other SAP functional teams.
Support integration with other SAP modules and business processes.
Contribute to project planning, issue resolution, testing, and go-live activities.
Provide functional guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications: Solid experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant/Lead.




Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Proven experience with SAP projects, preferably implementation, rollout, migration, or transformation projects.
Strong knowledge and experience with SAP Argentina Localization.
Advanced/Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in international environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project environment.
➕ Preferred Qualifications: Experience coordinating functional teams or leading FI workstreams.
Experience in multinational or general SAP implementations.
Experience with S/4HANA transformation or ECC-to-S/4HANA migration projects.
Experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
Experience with FSCM module.
