At Lenovo, we're looking for an
Employee Relations Specialist
to join our general Employee Relations team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys solving complex workplace challenges, partnering with diverse stakeholders, and making a meaningful impact on the employee experience.
As part of a highly collaborative and multicultural environment, you will work closely with HR, Legal, Ethics Compliance, business leaders, and employees to address employee relations matters, support workplace investigations,



and help strengthen Lenovo's people-first culture.
What You'll Do
Partner closely with HR, managers, and business leaders to support Employee Relations initiatives.
Conduct workplace investigations involving potential policy violations and employee misconduct.
Gather, analyze, and document relevant information, including interviews, evidence, and case findings.
Collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal, and Ethics Compliance teams to assess situations and recommend appropriate actions.
Provide guidance on policy interpretation and employee relations best practices.
Support employee relations training and awareness initiatives across the organization.
Contribute to organizational change and workforce realignment activities when needed.
Help drive a positive, inclusive, and high-integrity workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or a related area.
Experience supporting workplace investigations, conflict resolution, or employee relations matters.
Working knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Advanced English proficiency is required.
