Key Responsibilities
Exceed Rooms Division targets, reduce friction points, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Utilize Princess MedallionClass products, services, and applications to maximize guest and teammate experience.
Take ownership of product delivery and apply the Service Excellence philosophy.
Maintain housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance standards per HESS protocols.
Prepare and maintain a clean, sanitized public area; anticipate guest needs; report maintenance issues.
Set up locations for activities, inspections, and events.
Use consumables, linen, and cleaning chemicals responsibly.
Keep equipment clean and in good condition.
Remain knowledgeable about product, policy, demographics, itinerary, and port information.
Uphold an inclusive culture, share best practices with leadership and colleagues, and follow procedures for handling waste to maintain a safe environment.




Maintain current knowledge of public health standards and ensure compliance with hotel-related policies.
Coordinate onboard resources to respond to outbreak situations requiring increased sanitation.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience from luxury hotels or resorts.
Ability to understand public health and environmental requirements for crew public areas.
Effective English communication skills.
Foundational guest service mindset; ability to deliver outstanding service.
Motivation, strong social skills, and a warm, friendly, caring personality.
Commitment to courteous, professional relationships in a diverse cultural environment.
