About the Role
We are seeking experienced
IT Recruiters and Legal Recruiters
to manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based positions.
This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to support hiring needs.
Requirements
3+ year of recruitment experience
in either
IT
or
Legal
recruiting.
Experience recruiting candidates for the
U.S. market
or from Human Resources for an US company.
(required)
Experience in a
recruitment/staffing agency
is preferred.
Advanced English (C1+)
.
Proven experience with
full-cycle recruiting
, including sourcing, screening,



and interviewing candidates.
Hands-on experience with
LinkedIn Recruiter
.
Responsibilities
Manage recruitment processes from sourcing through offer stage.
Source and engage candidates through
LinkedIn Recruiter
, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within ATS platforms.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
