About the Role
We're looking for a Snowflake Data Engineer to join our Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Snowflake in production environments. You will work with Snowflake's architecture (virtual warehouses, stages, streams, tasks), ensuring performance, availability, and reliability. You will manage and optimize data storage in Snowflake, implementing best practices for clustering, partitioning, and compression, and implement and maintain data quality frameworks and validations within the Snowflake ecosystem. You will develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data processes integrated with Snowflake, and monitor data pipelines using observability tools to ensure proper functioning in production. You will identify, diagnose,



and resolve issues in pipelines and data systems, collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams to ensure data availability and quality, and propose continuous improvements in architecture, performance, and data processes within the platform.
Required Experience
Data engineering experience in production environments with Snowflake as the core platform.
Experience working with cloud data architectures and processing large volumes of information.
Solid experience with Snowflake (virtual warehouses, Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks, Time Travel, Data Sharing).
Experience developing in Python and SQL for data processing and transformation.
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (dbt, Airflow, or similar).
Experience implementing data quality controls or frameworks.
Experience working with CI/CD applied to data pipelines.
Experience with monitoring and observability of data systems.
Debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Snowflake certification (SnowPro Core or higher).
Advanced English Level.
Especially Valued
Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI and the platform's native ML capabilities.
Experience with Medallion architectures (Bronze/Silver/Gold) implemented on Snowflake.
Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling.
Experience optimizing costs and performance in Snowflake (warehouse sizing, query profiling, materialized views).
Experience working in complex cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Additional Snowflake certifications (SnowPro Advanced: Data Engineer).
