You'll design workflows, build reports, manage integrations, and help create the foundation of our Salesforce environment from the ground up.ResponsibilitiesBuild, configure, and maintain Salesforce workflows, custom objects, fields, and automations.Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, including:Enterprise vs. Mid-Market segmentationDeal size by representativePipeline velocityConversion metricsSupport and optimize the HubSpot–Salesforce integration.Manage and integrate tools connected to Salesforce,



including:Clay (data enrichment and workflow automation)AI-powered GTM toolsBuild operational dashboards for revenue leadership.Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to scale GTM systems.Must-Have QualificationsStrong Salesforce administration experience, including:Reporting and dashboardsWorkflow automationCustom fields and objectsProcess Builder and/or FlowsExperience managing CRM data and GTM workflows.Experience with HubSpot–Salesforce integrations.Preferred QualificationsExperience using Clay or other data enrichment tools.Comfortable working with modern AI tools.Experience with systems that integrate with Salesforce.Nice to HaveBasic Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL).
