Your Mission
As a CRO Lead, you’ll own the end-to-end conversion optimization strategy and experimentation roadmap to drive higher conversion rate. You’ll be trusted with full ownership of testing initiatives, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making and supported by cross-functional teams including Design and Performance to deliver meaningful, scalable growth across our client’s funnels.
This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, from identifying optimization opportunities to launching and reviewing experiments, and requires analytical rigor, UX and behavioral insight, strong stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of A/B testing to build scalable, sustainable growth across our customer journeys.




What You’ll Do
Optimization Strategy & Delivery
Own conversion optimization programs across assigned clients; define testing scope and success criteria per account.
Translate business goals and user insights into prioritized testing roadmaps and clear hypotheses (Problem → Hypothesis → Metric).
End-to-end of experiments—brief, spec, QA, launch, monitoring, analysis, and recommendation sign-off.
Lift conversion rate and revenue per visitor; reduce friction and improve UX; turn insights into shipped improvements.
Core craft
Build A/B and multivariate tests; design variants with Design/UX; configure targeting and audiences; ensure clean event/pixel tracking; iterate based on learnings; produce experiment briefs and post-test analyses.
Measurement & Insight
Define primary/secondary KPIs per test; monitor performance; validate significance/power/MDE; segment results (device, channel, audience); convert
