What You'll Do

Analyze customer inquiries and resolve them at Level 1. Correctly channel complex customer requests to the appropriate departments. Process and load requested bonuses into the system. Manage advertising requests from clients within the platforms. Provide guidance to users throughout the purchasing process.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate customer service (B2B) or roles with high interaction with commercial teams. Proficiency in ticketing systems and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) is mandatory. Experience with communication platforms (BOT, chat, IP telephony) is also required.
