What You'll Do

Manage and own a customer or persona’s experience across the platform as it relates to unexpected behavior. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to triage and prioritize defects, and support account management teams on calls as necessary. Write accurate, clear, and detailed JIRA tickets, including technical details and steps to reproduce issues. Coach TSE I on resolution and manage escalated cases.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in technical support engineering. Familiarity with Postman, Jira, observability platforms, APIs, SQL, Github, and Chat AI LLMs. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a process-oriented approach to tasks.
