At Good Moose we are passionate about the work we do, how we do it, and who we do it for, and are looking to add an Ad Operations Manager, with expertise within Paid Search and/or Paid Social, to work and grow with us.

In this role,



you'll be a part of a growing media team that primarily focuses on driving conversions and revenue, but also helps define a full-funnel marketing approach as needed for various clients. In this position, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the entire brand process, from pre-launch to scaling, and build extensive knowledge of best practices in the media industry.

Please note, we are looking for full time candidates in Argentina to work New York/ EST hours.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Platform Management & Execution: Help setup, optimize, report, analyze and troubleshoot specific client search campaigns and ad sets/ad groups.
- Google/Social Expert: Be one of the go-to experts at Good Moose to set up campaigns according to best practice, quickly help identify performance issues and understand all setting/targeting capabilities and complex strategies to scale clients spend.
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Analysis: Work with internal
