Overview
- Responsible for executing Mastercard’s Core Products strategy (Prepaid, Debit and Credit) in Argentina and Uruguay driving differentiation, adoption and sustainable revenue growth.
- The role plays a key part in aligning general capabilities with local market needs and ensuring successful product delivery through strong cross‑functional collaboration.
- Execute the Core Products strategy for Argentina and Uruguay, aligned with regional and segment priorities.
- Partner with Product, Digital,



Sales, Account Management, Services, Technology and Operations teams to deliver successful launches and portfolio evolution.
- Identify and prioritize business and technical enhancements to improve product relevance, competitiveness and customer adoption.
- Monitor product KPIs and P&L; performance to support incremental revenue growth.
- Ensure Core solutions are delivered as part of a unified, customer‑centric strategy.
- Support strategic customer engagements and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring smooth execution across the product lifecycle.
