*About the Role*

A U.S.-based professional services firm is seeking a detail-oriented accountant based in Latin America to support day-to-day accounting operations. In this role, you will not just crunch numbers; you will be part of client relationships. You will serve as an accounting advisor, translating financial statements into actionable insights for business owners and executives.

The idóneo candidate has strong QuickBooks experience, excellent organizational skills, and prior experience supporting U.S.-based companies remotely.

*Responsibilities*
- Analyze balance sheets, P&L; statements, and variances to identify risks and growth opportunities
- Lead regular financial review meetings with clients to explain profitability, cash flow trends, and margins
- Review data compiled by the bookkeeping team to ensure absolute accuracy and compliance




- Maintain organized financial documentation and prepare reports and financial data for clients and leadership
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex client accounting inquiries and financial troubleshooting
- Assist clients with budgeting, forward-looking forecasting, and basic tax planning strategy

*Requirements*
- 3+ years of accounting experience, with a proven track record in a client-facing or advisory role
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply
- Strong experience with QuickBooks
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work remotely with U.S.-based teams
- Professional English communication skills
