We're looking for a Social Media Manager who is passionate about beauty, social media and has a strong track record in defining, building, and overseeing social media strategy while cultivating and nurturing a community. You will join a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced remote environment, working with top beauty brands to help them grow, engage and support their community.

The adecuado candidate will have a social-first approach, is super flexible, nimble and can juggle projects that change in real time. Attention to detail and the ability to both see the big picture and execute day-to-day tasks. A pulse on what is happening in the industry, digital space and beyond is of utmost importance.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management and Strategy:
- Develop strategies to grow clients’ social media engagement across platforms – (innovative content, and recruit and retain brand advocates)
- Create and curate engaging social-first content: visuals, captions, video, UGC, brief creators
- Track and analyze performance to optimize content and inform strategy




- Develop strategies to break through and compete in the beauty social landscape
- Identify and implement test and learn social opportunities

Social Media Management:
Act as the brand voice across all platforms by developing and executing a social strategy, including creating and/or repurposing content
- Content Calendars and Decks:
Create and manage calendars, include events, holidays/moments, and captions
- Content Planning:
Plan Instagram and TikTok content
- Content Creation:
Brief content to graphic design team, create content as needed
- Captions:
Write compelling captions
- Instagram Story Strategy:
Concept, creation when needed
- TikTok Content:
Brief, create and manage TikTok content as needed
- Monthly Reporting:
Analyze performance with high level key learnings and recommendations
- Support Community Engagement:
Develop response TOV as needed, identify proactive opportunities
