Responsibilities and more:

Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced CPA, EA, or equivalent tax professional to join our growing team.
- The idóneo candidate will have strong expertise in business tax preparation and review,



with the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and client service.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review Federal tax returns, including Form 1120-S (S Corporations).
- Prepare and review Federal tax returns, including Form 1065 (Partnerships).
- Prepare and review Federal tax returns, including Form 1120 (C Corporations).
- Prepare and review Federal tax returns, including Form 1040 (Individual Returns).
- Review financial statements and supporting documentation for tax compliance.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and potential issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns.
- Collaborate with internal team members to resolve tax and accounting matters.
- Assist with client communications regarding tax-related questions and documentation requests.

Qualifications:
- CPA, Enrolled Agent (EA), or equivalent tax experience preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of tax preparation and review experience.
