In Grupo Peñaflor we are looking for a
Finance Analyst
based in our office in Vicente López
to work with our team in USA.

Main responsibilities:
- Analyze financial results and prepare monthly budget variance analyses, including clear and actionable commentary. Support economic, financial, and operational management analyses.
- Actively participate in the annual planning process, with a focus on expense trends and projections. Contribute to the quarterly forecasting process.
- Develop and deliver insightful business performance reports (both recurring and ad hoc).
- Collaborate on the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards and reporting tools.
- Provide analytical support for new business initiatives and strategic projects.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with key partners in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance,



offering analytical support as needed.
- Perform additional ad hoc financial analyses to support decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Others.
- Proficient in English mandatory. You will be part of an English speaking team.
- 2+ years of experience in an analytical role in consulting firms, banks, or similar environments.
- Experience in the beverage alcohol or consumer packaged goods industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience working cross-functionally to improve processes.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
