Someone who can edit videos that don't suck.

Short-form. Long-form. Facebook. TikTok. Instagram.

Ads that stop the scroll and actually convert.

Stuff that makes people buy.

Not just pretty visuals that wins awards nobody cares about.

What you'll do:
- Edit content for paid ads across all platforms.
- Work with our Creative Directors and Media Buyers to make videos that sell.
- Keep things consistent, on-brand, and high-quality.
- Use music, sound, and visuals strategically - not randomly.
- Meet deadlines. Every time. Or give heads up if you can't make it.

What we need from you:
- A portfolio that proves you can actually edit.




- Advanced skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and whatever else gets the job done.
- Understanding of storytelling and how to hook people in 3 seconds.
- Knowledge of performance marketing is a huge plus - your edits should convert, not just look cool.
- Speed and hunger to learn.
- Good communication. We work as a team, not isolated islands.
- Sound design skills are a bonus.

What we don't need:
- People who miss deadlines without proactive communicate.
- Editors who think "creative" means ignoring the brief.
- Don't get us wrong - you'll have the creative freedom to push boundaries and try new stuff, but let's make it data / trends driven.
