The Role

You own Belong's receivables from invoice through collection and cash application — turning outstanding balances into cash while protecting the member relationship.

This role combines disciplined collections, thoughtful member communication, and precise cash accounting.



You know every material delinquent balance, coordinate outreach, contact members directly, secure commitments, and follow through to collection or a clear resolution.

You maintain the aging, coordinate member communications with Experience and Growth, resolve disputes, track commitments, apply receipts, and prepare cash, bank, and payment-processor reconciliations. You lead the work directly through calls, follow-ups, investigation, resolution, and escalation. Every material past-due balance has a current owner, next action, and follow-up date.

This role is powered by AI. Automation sends routine reminders, suggests matches, and organizes the queue. You bring the persistence and judgment needed for difficult conversations, disputed charges, ambiguous deposits, and escalation decisions.
