Spica Studio is a United States based Revenue Engineering firm. We work with companies in the U.S. market, building the systems that turn marketing into measurable revenue. We are opening a paid internship for people in Argentina who want real exposure to how an American company operates.

This is not a marketing only role. We are open to interns from any field of study: business, economics, engineering, systems, design, communications or anything else. What matters is that you think clearly, learn fast and take ownership of what you are given.

What you will do
You will research markets, competitors and emerging tools, analyze what you find, and use it to design new services and offers we can take to the U.S. market. You build things that did not exist before: new service models, new frameworks, new ways of solving a client problem. You will present your findings and defend your ideas in front of senior people, and the strongest ones get built.

Who we are looking for
Final year students, recent graduates,



or people finishing their degree who want to start working in a real environment. No prior professional experience required. Our internal communication with you will usually be in Spanish, but everything else, including client materials, documents, research and deliverables, is in English. You need working English, written and spoken. You should be comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for research and analysis, and honest about how you use them.

What we offer
USD 190 per month for 4 hours a day, Monday through Thursday. Direct mentorship, real projects with U.S. clients, and a written evaluation at the end of the internship.
