We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join a long-term project focused on automated email marketing and customer journeys.

The project focuses on Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for automated email marketing and customer journeys. The role combines SFMC architecture, marketing automation, customer data, personalization, and integrations.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex customer journeys and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Define journey architecture, data flows, entry/exit criteria, triggers, decision logic, and dependencies.
- Work with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Audience Builder.
- Develop segmentation and personalization using SQL and AMPscript.
- Build dynamic email content using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Design and troubleshoot REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Work with Salesforce data objects, fields, relationships, and data sources.
- Implement behavioral triggers, A/B testing, tracking, and end-to-end testing.




- Work with Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization.
- Troubleshoot data, automation, integration, and email issues.
- Work with Marketing, Data, Analytics, and IT teams on technical requirements.

Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- Strong experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
- Strong SQL and AMPscript skills.
- Experience with complex automated journeys, segmentation, personalization, and behavioral triggers.
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce data structures and full-lifecycle SFMC implementations.
- Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing.
- Ability to design technical solutions and work independently on complex projects.
