They discover products through people: creators they trust, routines they want to recreate, looks they want to try, and content that earns attention before it ever asks for a purchase.

Terrific helps brands bring that behavior into experiences they own. Now we want to go deeper.





As our Fashion & Beauty Account Lead, you will help us understand the market, build relationships with the right creators and brands, and develop content formats that make fashion and beauty more engaging, discoverable, and shoppable.

You will begin by building the foundation: creator networks, brand insight, leading accounts, content strategy, repeatable formats, and campaign playbooks. As the opportunity develops, the role will grow with it - giving you the chance to help shape and eventually lead a new fashion-focused project from inside Terrific.

What You'll Own

Building Terrific's creator and influencer network across LATAM, with an initial focus on fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and adjacent categories
Identifying and developing relationships with relevant brands, creators, agencies, communities, and cultural partners.
Creating a clear content and creator strategy for Terrific's fashion and beauty work.
