¿CÓMO ES EL DÍA A DÍA DE LA POSICIÓN? :

The M+C Initiate Product Owner is a key team member of our Marketing Capabilities team within the Functional Transformation team, which is part of the broader Marketing team. Within Marketing & Communications, this role ensures that our marketing teams operate at world-class levels by continuously improving and optimizing the M+C Initiate platform and its supporting business processes.
As the functional owner of M+C Initiate, this role partners closely with business stakeholders, Product Management, SynOps and cross-functional teams to define business requirements, prioritize enhancements and deliver scalable technology solutions that support global marketing operations. The role also drives platform adoption, provides functional expertise and ensures business needs are translated into effective end-to-end workflows and capabilities.

As the M+C Initiate Product Owner, you will:

Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the M+C Initiate platform, business processes and integrations.
Serve as the primary functional point of contact for M+C Initiate and the processes enabled within it, providing guidance and support to business stakeholders.
Gather, analyze and document business requirements, translating business needs into functional solutions.
Partner with Product Management and SynOps teams to prioritize, validate and deliver enhancements and bug fixes.
Perform functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support successful releases.
Create and maintain functional documentation and process guidance.
Support platform governance, change management, user adoption and post-launch user support.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and continuously identify opportunities to improve platform capabilities and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze and refine business requirements for new features and process improvements.
Create user stories, business requirements and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.




Coordinate functional testing and UAT activities.
Investigate production issues, support users and coordinate issue resolution.
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning and release activities.
Develop functional documentation and training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across Marketing Capabilities platforms.
Provide functional support through the SynOps Support Request process.

Role Specific/Priority Skills
Deep understanding of the M+C Initiate platform, workflows and integrations.
Knowledge of Product Ownership, Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Experience gathering business requirements and writing user stories.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and process optimization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience coordinating functional testing and UAT.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with Azure DevOps and Adobe Workfront are preferred.
