We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Decision Intelligence to establish, scale, and lead our LATAM-based Decision Intelligence team, supporting Kroll's US practice and integral clients. This role will play a critical part in delivering analytics, AI, and transaction-related insights for complex client engagements while contributing to the growth and development of the practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership & Practice Development
- Support the continued growth and development of Kroll's LATAM Decision Intelligence capability
- Collaborate in the process to recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Provide technical and professional guidance to managers, consultants, and analysts.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives, private equity investors, deal teams, and corporate leaders.
