Your new role

As a Pharmacovigilance Analyst, you will be the key point of contact between Novo Nordisk and our Patient Support Program (PSP) partner, ensuring that pharmacovigilance activities run smoothly, compliantly, and with patient safety at the core. You will influence performance across the PSP and the operational hub, while also driving awareness of pharmacovigilance across the affiliate.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Reviewing and assessing reports from the PSP and other external providers.
- Managing the daily relationship with our PSP partner,



acting as the primary point of contact between their PV responsible and Novo Nordisk.
- Influencing the performance of the PSP and the operational hub to ensure compliance and quality.
- Handling samples of product quality complaints.
- Submission of safety data to local health authorities.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with internal Novo Nordisk and local applicable requirements.
- Preparing and delivering pharmacovigilance training for all employees, including activities around Patient Safety Day.
- Contributing to a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement across the affiliate.
