Schedule:Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM MST

Compensation:USD $1,500-$1,750/month + Performance Bonus

About the Company:
Our client is looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of design, branding, and digital marketing. This is an execution-focused role for someone who loves transforming ideas into polished campaigns, engaging content, and impactful marketing assets.

You'll work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to strengthen the company's brand, support marketing initiatives, and execute campaigns across multiple channels.

What You'll Do:
Branding & Creative Design:
- Design professional marketing materials for both digital and print.
- Create presentations, sales collateral, brochures, flyers, signage, banners, event materials, digital advertisements, and promotional assets.
- Develop visually compelling graphics that reinforce the company's brand identity.




- Help execute creative campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
- Support the ongoing evolution of the company's visual identity.
- Ensure all creative work reflects a polished, professional, and consistent brand.

Website & Digital Marketing:
- Maintain and update company websites and landing pages.
- Build pages for promotions, Open Houses, events, and community campaigns.
- Upload and maintain community information and available inventory.
- Optimize website content and user experience.
- Implement basic SEO best practices.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.

Marketing Campaigns & CRM:
- Support HubSpot marketing campaigns and automation.- Assist with lead generation initiatives.
- Maintain CRM organization and marketing data.
- Support campaign reporting and execution.

Social Media:
- Plan, design, schedule, and publish social media content.
