About the role
We're looking for a world-class commercial leader to build, scale, and lead Halter's market entry into Argentina and Uruguay. Reporting directly to the VP of Commercial Strategy, you'll own the revenue number, champion our first customers and lead a high-accountability commercial organisation from the ground up.
This is a groundbreaking role, and the opportunity to revolutionise the cattle industry. You will span the full commercial picture. You'll lead sales, marketing, and customer in the region. You'll be the primary commercial voice shaping Halter's product roadmap for Argentina and Uruguay. You'll build the team from scratch — hiring, developing, and scaling a regional organisation capable of winning in one of the world's most significant beef and cattle markets.
