Description and Requirements:
Role Purpose

As a Channel Operations Intern, you will support the Latin America Channel Operations team in the execution, validation, and follow-up of partner benefit programs. This role focuses on operational accuracy, process execution, and system support, ensuring that partner program requests are processed on time and according to defined eligibility and documentation requirements.

The intern will also actively support the go-live and stabilization of a newly launched benefits and incentive management tool (SDMS 2.0 - Soft Dollar Management System), identifying system inefficiencies, participating in testing activities, and contributing to continuous process improvements.
