What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (simple to complex, including virtual) across multiple stakeholders- Partner with Talent Acquisition to resolve scheduling challenges and process-related issues- Perform audits to ensure data integrity and process compliance- Support recruiting team operations, including reporting, career fair preparation, and special projects
- Anticipate obstacles and proactively identify solutions to keep processes moving efficiently

Minimum Qualifications




- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At three years of administrative, coordination, or support experience (HR or Talent Acquisition preferred)
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Experience with scheduling interviews and managing calendars in a professional setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.) and virtual meeting platforms
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (e.g., Workday) preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
