QA Automation Engineer About the role

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will make an impact by ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of customer data, platform integrations, and marketing activation workflows. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with product owners, developers, business analysts, data teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and seamless customer experiences. In this role, you will:
Execute regression testing for platform releases, integrations, and customer-facing communications to ensure business continuity and system stability.

Validate end-to-end customer data flows, audience segmentation, calculated attributes, and profile data to support personalization and campaign targeting.

Perform integration and API testing, including field mapping verification, data readiness validation, and system interoperability checks.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites for APIs, platform workflows, regression scenarios, and core business processes.





Manage defect identification, triage, tracking, and validation while collaborating with development teams to support timely resolution.

Create and maintain test plans, test cases, QA documentation, and testing status reports to support Agile delivery and release activities.

Validate marketing journeys, triggered communications, automation workflows, and multi-channel customer engagement experiences.

Support production releases through smoke testing, deployment validation, post-release monitoring, and quality assurance reviews.

Evaluate platform enhancements and major releases to proactively identify risks and impacts to existing workflows, integrations, and communications. Work model
