Position Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst & Materials Consultant with 3-5 years of professional experience to support customer projects involving materials information management, engineering data management, and digital engineering processes.

This is a fully remote position with versátil working hours and occasional travel as required by project needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
- Analyze customer business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Capture, document, and manage functional requirements.
- Translate customer needs into functional specifications and solution proposals.
- Support system configuration, validation, and user acceptance activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and customer stakeholders.
- Prepare workshop materials, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Support testing, issue analysis, and solution deployment activities.
- Provide consulting expertise related to materials information and materials management processes.




- Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or advanced student status in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Materials Engineer, Materials Consultant, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of materials engineering, material properties, material selection, and materials lifecycle concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Materials Information Management (MIM) systems or materials data management platforms.
- Experience working with materials databases, material specifications, standards, and related engineering information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
