Skills and Competencies.
- Background in accounting with primary focus in financial analysis (e.g., through coursework, CFA (or equivalent), or relevant work experience 1-2 years)
- Knowledge in Financial Statements
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in coding languages (Python, SQL, etc.) is preferred
- Solid verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills




- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
- High attention to detail
- Experience working collaboratively on teams through coursework, extracurricular activities, jobs and internships, particularly where leadership or coaching skills were demonstrated
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuary or a business-related discipline - required

Responsibilities

Supports the analysis and monitoring of credit risk by conducting financial analysis, researching market trends, and contributing to ratings, research, and stakeholder
