About The Opportunity

Homeward is looking for an Analytics Engineer to help build, strengthen,



and scale the data foundation that powers decision-making across the business.

This role is adecuado for someone who is a confident, self-sufficient data professional with deep experience in data modeling and a passion for turning complex data into reliable, usable products. You’ll own critical pieces of our data pipeline and architecture while partnering closely with analysts, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure our data is accurate, dependable, and easy to consume.

A major focus of this role will be data reliability and scalability. We need someone who can identify why pipelines and models are breaking, build solutions that address the root cause, and create an architecture that can scale as our business and use of AI evolve. Most importantly, you take ownership. When you see an opportunity to make our data infrastructure more reliable, scalable, or useful, you're motivated to figure out how to make it better.
