About The Role

As a Designer, you will develop innovative visual assets across digital and print channels. This role requires balancing speed, craft, and scale while leveraging emerging AI tools to enhance creativity and production. You’ll create high-quality work that resonates across multiple platforms, contributing to a nimble, forward-thinking team and bringing ideas to life from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

Create style proposals, concept mockups, and prototypes to initiate design projects across digital and print campaigns.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet client expectations and align with brand guidelines.
Study and apply brand guidelines consistently across all outputs.
Execute art direction while contributing innovative ideas, inspiration, and best practices to elevate the creative process.
Translate creative briefs into clear design approaches that guide execution.
Ensure pixel-perfect execution across formats, maintaining high quality standards at all times.
Design and adapt assets for digital channels (social media, display, motion) as well as print materials (POS, retail, and marketing collateral).
Explore and integrate AI tools into the design workflow to enhance ideation, iteration, and production efficiency.
Stay on top of cultural and visual trends to create relevant and engaging work across platforms.
Elevate storytelling through design, combining aesthetics and functionality across static and motion formats.
