We are looking for a Adm & Fin Manager with solid experience, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset, eager to join our local team and contribute to the growth of the company at the insurance industry.

This role is located at our Microcentro office, in CABA, Argentina.

Responsabilities:

Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategy.
Manage and monitor cash flow, liquidity and working capital, ensuring the company has adequate funding to support its operations and growth.
Oversee treasury activities, including cash management, investments, payments, banking operations and foreign exchange exposure.
Manage the company’s relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial and management reports, KPI's, providing clear insights into performance, trends and key business drivers.
Monitor vigente performance against budget and forecasts, identifying deviations, explaining their causes and proposing corrective actions.




Perform financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic decisions, investments, new projects and business opportunities.
Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing and collections, with a strong focus on working-capital efficiency.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information, accounting records and financial statements, in coordination with internal and external accounting resources.
Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, regulatory and statutory requirements, coordinating with external advisors and auditors when appropriate.
Act as a business partner to the BARBUSS Risk Argentina General Manager and management team, providing financial advice and supporting key operational and strategic decisions.
Lead, develop and motivate the Finance team, fostering high performance, accountability, professional development and collaboration.
