We are looking for a Senior Agile Transformation Agent to support organizational transformation initiatives in a dynamic environment where people, processes, and emerging technologies, including AI, work together to drive business value. This role goes beyond traditional Agile coaching and focuses on enabling mindset shifts, continuous improvement, and sustainable transformation across teams and leadership levels.
Responsibilities
Serve as a change agent, leading agile and organizational transformation initiatives
Support teams and leaders in adopting new ways of working to improve delivery effectiveness
Influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels, including managers and senior leadership
Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, workflows, and overall team effectiveness
Participate in incident management activities, problem-solving discussions, and operational improvement initiatives




Analyze metrics and performance indicators to identify opportunities for optimization
Promote collaboration between people, processes, and AI-enabled capabilities
Requirements
At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles
At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 40 or more employees
At least 8 full-cycle project participation experiences, or involvement in several projects covering different phases of the development lifecycle
Strong experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
Proven track record of driving organizational change and transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with continuous improvement practices and incident management
Understanding of SDLC and software delivery environments
Ability to work effectively in fast-changing and ambiguous environments
Excellent English communication skills (C1 or
