The Litigation Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process, from case inception through trial preparation. Responsibilities include drafting and filing legal documents, managing court deadlines, conducting legal research, coordinating discovery, maintaining case files, and assisting with trial and hearing preparation. The adecuado candidate is proactive, deadline-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setting while collaborating closely with attorneys, clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, prepare, file, and serve litigation documents, including complaints, motions, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, notices, and other court filings.
Monitor litigation deadlines, court schedules, and attorney calendars to ensure timely compliance with court rules and filing requirements.
Assist attorneys with case development, trial preparation, hearings, mediations, and depositions.
Conduct legal research using Westlaw and other legal research platforms.




Organize and maintain electronic case files, ensuring all records, pleadings, correspondence, and evidence are properly documented and easily accessible.
Coordinate document collection, discovery production, and case-related communications.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, courts, experts, and opposing counsel as needed.
Prepare case summaries, chronologies, exhibits, and litigation support materials.
Interview clients and witnesses to gather information relevant to case preparation.
Track service of process, court filings, and case status updates.
Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications
Required
Minimum 2-3 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation.
Hands-on experience drafting, filing, and serving legal documents, including complaints, motions, discovery, subpoenas,
