About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily CRM, spreadsheet, and data-entry tasks.
This is a full-time role that is best suited for someone who enjoys organization, structured processes, and repetitive administrative work.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Main Responsibilities
Work daily inside Close CRM
Update and organize lead and customer information
Perform data entry and recurring administrative tasks
Maintain spreadsheets and internal trackers
Review information for accuracy and completeness
Keep CRM records clean and up to date
Follow SOPs and step-by-step processes
Flag missing information or inconsistencies
Support the team with other basic administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience with Close CRM
Very detail-oriented and organized
Enjoys working with spreadsheets and data
Basic to intermediate Google Sheets/Excel skills
Able to follow instructions carefully
Reliable and consistent
Comfortable working independently
Excellent English
Available to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
