Full Stack Lead Engineer – 100% Remote

Hiring Model – 12 months plus contract

Role Summary

5–8 years of experience building scalable web applications using React, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework. Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Azure (including AKS), Git, and CI/CD practices. Experience with AI development and AI tool adoption preferred. Ability to design high-performance, scalable solutions across front-end and back-end systems.
Should be proficient in using React to build dynamic, high-performance user interfaces and have a deep understanding of component lifecycle, state management (using Redux or Context API), and hooks. Preferred experience is in the range of 5-8 years.
Should have hands on experience with C#,



ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework and designing RESTful APIs that interact seamlessly with front-end components.
Should have experience with database management systems like SQL (like PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (such as MongoDB, Cassandra)
Hands on experience on Azure, AKS,
Hands-on experience in AI development & AI tool adoption.
Should have hands on experience using version control systems (such as Git), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Should be able to design and optimize applications for scalability and performance.
