Role
The Creative Strategist is responsible for connecting marketing performance with creative execution. This person turns research, data, customer psychology, and business priorities into clear creative direction for paid social, landing pages, campaign concepts, and content tests.
This role is not limited to coming up with ideas.



The Creative Strategist is responsible for building a structured creative process, identifying winning angles, writing strong creative briefs, analyzing what is working, and helping the team produce ads designed to perform.
This person works directly with the Head Of Marketing and marketing team, and collaborates with media buyers, designers, editors, copywriters, and creators to make sure creative output is aligned with growth objectives.
The role is expected to bring taste, structure, speed, and performance oriented thinking to a growing ecommerce group.
