Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers at Vektra Logistica Aplicada is a part-time, remote role responsible for organizing, supporting, and engaging volunteers across various initiatives. Day-to-day activities include coordinating volunteer schedules, assigning tasks, and maintaining accurate volunteer records. The role involves designing and delivering volunteer training sessions, providing ongoing guidance, and ensuring volunteers have the resources they need to succeed. The coordinator will also support community outreach efforts, collaborate with internal teams to align volunteer activities with organizational priorities, and track participation and impact for reporting and improvement. Regular communication with volunteers via email, virtual meetings, and collaboration tools is expected, along with prompt resolution of questions or concerns.
Qualifications
Ability to coordinate volunteer programs, including Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills.




Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to engage, motivate, and support a diverse volunteer base.
Experience or interest in Community Outreach, building relationships with external partners and community organizations.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through in a remote setting.
Comfort using digital tools and platforms for remote coordination (e.g., video conferencing, project management, and CRM or volunteer management systems).
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in volunteer coordination, nonprofit work, or community engagement is preferred but not required.
Relevant education or training in social sciences, communications, management, or related fields is an asset.
