We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst who brings substantial expertise in digital transformation projects, particularly within eCommerce and Content Management Systems (CMS). In this role, you will work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects that fuel business growth and digital innovation. The right candidate will demonstrate a solid history of collecting and analyzing business requirements, shaping solutions, and driving successful project outcomes within fast-moving, evolving settings.

Responsibilities

Head the analysis and documentation of business requirements for digital transformation efforts, with particular attention to eCommerce platforms or CMS solutions
Engage with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors, to grasp business objectives and convert them into functional and technical specifications
Perform thorough process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design to strengthen digital workflows, customer journeys, and business operations




Maintain alignment between business objectives and technology solutions by partnering closely with Solution Architects, developers, UX designers, project managers, and product owners
Review and document current systems, processes, and data flows, pinpointing areas suited for improvement or automation
Lead the development of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for projects operating within an Agile/Scrum framework
Contribute to and help define the roadmap for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring scalability, performance, and user experience remain optimized
Conduct risk assessments and clearly convey the potential effects of changes to relevant stakeholders
Lead workshops, presentations, and meetings to collect feedback, align on project objectives, and share ongoing progress updates
Support testing phases, confirming that business requirements are satisfied through thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA)
