You'll be the connective tissue across sales, client onboarding, recruiting, billing follow-up, and whatever else it takes to keep the business running. Not forever in every piece - but you'll take over a lot of what the founders are currently handling ourselves. YOU'RE A FIT IF
You've run ops, coordination, or client-facing logistics before - you follow a process to the letter, but also know the next question without being told
You can hold five threads at once and know which one needs you first
You write clearly and fast - most of your day is email, Google Chat, and CRM notes
You're comfortable calling and messaging US and Canadian clients and candidates in real time, during North American hours
You're tool-fluent - CRMs, new software, Claude/AI - you pick things up fast, no hand-holding
You fix or flag broken processes before anyone asks





THIS ISN'T FOR YOU IF
You need detailed instructions before acting on something ambiguous
Jumping between different threads and functions all day drains you instead of energizing you
Getting on the phone with clients or candidates makes you uncomfortable
You want one function, a predictable day, and the same thing for a long time

Prior experience supporting a founder or small leadership team directly
Experience in professional services, finance, bookkeeping, or B2B operations
