MISSION FOR THE ROLE
To write compelling, high-converting email copy that engages and converts customers. There’s an opportunity to grow into a Senior Copywriter role, managing junior copywriters as we expand.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Emails: Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for email campaigns that are aligned with brand voice, style, and goals.
- Flows: Write core email flows (e.g., Welcome Flow, Abandoned Cart, Post Purchase) designed to nurture relationships and move customers down the funnel.
- Team Calls and Communication: Attend and provide input on team calls to grow together.
- A/B Testing: Help brainstorm and write variations of subject lines, email content, and calls-to-action for A/B testing and conversion optimization.

- Copywriting Expertise:



Extensive experience writing high-converting ECOMMERCE email marketing copy.
- Speed & Efficiency: Able to work quickly under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity.
- Attention to Detail: You don’t let typos, grammar issues, or inconsistencies slip by.
- Reliability: We need to trust that you will hit deadlines and be available daily.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive experience writing copy for ecommerce brands.
- Fluent in English.
- Available to work during US Eastern Standard Time (9am - 5pm).
- Enjoy working with a passionate, fun, fast-growing team
