Your job is to start the right conversations.

This is a phone-first sales role.
We don't need someone who simply "does outreach."




We need someone who's comfortable picking up the phone 100+ times per day, speaking directly with US business owners and marketing decision-makers, handling objections, and creating qualified sales opportunities.
This isn't primarily email outreach.
It isn't sending LinkedIn messages all day.
The phone is your primary tool, and your ability to communicate is your biggest advantage.

What You'll Do
Make approximately 100–150 outbound cold calls per day
Speak with US business owners and marketing decision-makers
Identify businesses that may be a strong fit for our services
Qualify prospects based on criteria including revenue, margins, current advertising activity, and business needs
Book qualified prospects onto strategy calls with our sales team
Handle common objections confidently and keep conversations moving
Follow proven scripts while learning how to adapt naturally to different prospects
