What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns using Customer.io.
- Analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities across the activation, retention, and expansion funnel.
- Develop hypotheses, prioritize experiments, and measure their impact through statistical analysis and A/B testing.
- Define user segmentation strategies to personalize campaigns and improve the experience for different audiences.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics such as activation, retention, conversion, reactivation, cross-selling, up-selling, and incremental revenue.
- Analyze cohorts, conversion funnels, and user behavior to uncover opportunities for optimization.
- Leverage AI agents extensively to enhance analysis and optimize the overall growth stack (CEP, MMP, Data, etc.).
