We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support our team by ensuring accurate data entry, validation, and maintenance across internal systems.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Advanced English (B2+/C1) is required. Applications without strong written and verbal English skills will not be considered.
Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems.
Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Identify and correct discrepancies, errors, and duplicate records.
Maintain organized electronic files and records.
Generate basic reports and track data-related activities.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of information.
Support additional administrative and data management tasks.
Required Qualifications




1+ years of experience in Data Entry, Administrative Support, Data Processing, Back Office Operations, or similar roles.
Advanced English (B2+/C1 minimum).
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
High typing accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, or internal systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
Experience handling large volumes of data.
Previous remote work experience.
Experience performing data validation and quality control activities.
