Who You Are

You are a highly analytical and technically proficient Senior Data Analyst with a proven track record of using data to improve customer success and drive revenue expansion, informing decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As a natural problem-solver,



you excel at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You've played a key role supporting a Post-Sales or Ecommerce analytics function at a prior company — ideally with subscription, ecommerce, product, or retention data — with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and leverage AI to drive business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

You are primarily responsible for Education (Experience Curriculum) analytics — driving GTM insights, retention, and financial analysis for our curriculum subscription/ecommerce business — while helping optimize the broader customer journey across Post-Sales.
Meet regularly with Education stakeholders to deeply understand their data needs and translate metrics and analyses into actionable recommendations that drive business impact.
Develop and maintain core Education and Post-Sales data models and pipelines using
