Job Description: Senior Consultant - OneStream Platform

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Consultant to join our OneStream implementation and support team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage expertise in financial performance management while working with a cutting-edge enterprise platform. The Senior Consultant will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of OneStream solutions to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

System Implementation & Configuration:

- Lead the implementation of OneStream solutions, including data integration, workflow setup, and reporting configurations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand complex business requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

Support & Maintenance:

- Provide advanced support to resolve OneStream-related issues, including troubleshooting system errors and guiding configuration changes.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

Training & Documentation:

- Develop training materials, user guides, and system documentation for end-users.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of OneStream across client teams.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in financial performance management processes such as budgeting, planning, consolidation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with advanced analytical capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Power Apps tools.

Preferred Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of OneStream, Hyperion, or other financial performance management platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL or data integration concepts.
- Experience with scripting or programming (VBScript, Python, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model with distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Knowledge of ERP applications such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Hyperion, PowerPlan, or similar applications is an added advantage.
