You will scale integral e-commerce brands by driving growth through data-backed marketing strategies.

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You are proficient in Shopify, Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), Product launches, Photo shoots, Meta Ads.
- English - Conversational

Responsibilities and more:

Growth Marketing:
- Scale Shopify sales.
- Launch and optimize Meta ads.
- Manage TikTok advertising.
- Improve website conversion rate.
- Build customer acquisition funnels.
- Analyze weekly KPIs.

Content Strategy:
- Plan Instagram content.
- Plan TikTok content.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots.
- Build launch campaigns.
- Develop viral marketing concepts.

Influencer Marketing:
- Recruit creators.
- Manage ambassador program.




- Coordinate product seeding.
- Build relationships with athletes, barbers, musicians, and creators.

Email and SMS:
- Manage Klaviyo flows.
- Manage cart recovery.
- Manage product launches.
- Manage VIP customer campaigns.
- Manage loyalty campaigns.

Analytics:
- Track and improve ROAS.
- Track and improve CAC.
- Track and improve AOV.
- Track and improve LTV.
- Track and improve conversion rate.
- Track and improve returning customer rate.
- Track and improve revenue growth.

Requirements:
- Must have experience growing a clothing brand, sneaker brand, lifestyle brand, or Shopify e-commerce business.
- Experience with Shopify.
- Experience with Meta Ads.
- Experience with TikTok Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Experience with Klaviyo.
- Experience with Google Merchant Center.
- Experience with influencer marketing.
- Experience with email marketing.
- Experience with conversion optimization.
