What you’ll do
As Web Project Coordinator, this role supports the end-to-end coordination of web projects from planning through handoff and launch readiness. The role helps keep project activities organized, connects workstreams across production and localization, tracks status and dependencies, and ensures project information is clear, current, and actionable.
This is an operational coordination role focused on maintaining project flow, supporting cross-functional alignment, managing capacity visibility, tracking translation progress, and preparing formal handoffs across each stage of delivery.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
:Coordinate web projects end-to-end, ensuring key activities, milestones, dependencies, and handoffs are tracked and communicated throughout the project lifecycle
.Connect project workstreams with production at each stage, helping ensure requirements, assets, timelines, and open items are clear and ready for execution




.Plan project timing and localization activities in partnership with the appropriate coordination roles to support smooth downstream execution
.Monitor and manage integral capacity visibility, helping balance project needs against available resources and escalating constraints when needed
.Manage translation coordination, including translation submissions, status tracking, follow-ups, and handoff once translated content is complete
.Create and maintain the appropriate project tracking epic or formal handoff record to ensure production and localization work is documented, assigned, and ready for next steps
.Requirements
:Experience coordinating web, digital, content, localization, or production projects in a fast-paced environment
.Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple projects, deadlines, dependencies, and handoffs at the same time
.Comfortable working with project management, collaboration, and reporting tools to maintain status visibility and support team communication
