IT Support Specialist – Hybrid (GBA North Area, Argentina)

We are currently looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide services to one of our clients, a multinational company located in the northern area of Greater Buenos Aires (GBA). This is a hybrid role combining on-site and remote work.

Candidates must be based in the northern area of the Greater Buenos Aires region.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for hardware and software
- Gradually take ownership of application, infrastructure, and operations support
- Manage and follow up on tickets
- Deliver high-quality support to internal users, including senior stakeholders

You will be working in an environment based on:
- Windows 11
- Microsoft Office 365
- Copilot (nice to have)

Requirements
- Degree (completed or in progress) in IT, Systems, or related field




- At least 5 years of proven experience in IT support roles
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders (managers, executives, CEOs) is a strong plus
- Strong adaptability and willingness to grow within the role
